When you submit a video testimonial, MattressInsider collects the information you provide (your name, email address, and optionally product, location, and order number), the video you record or upload, and basic technical details (your IP address and browser type) for security and record-keeping.

We use this information to review and, with your consent, publish your testimonial in our marketing materials as described in the Testimonial Release. We do not sell your personal information.

Your video is stored securely and is accessible only to authorized MattressInsider staff through a password-protected admin area. It is never made available at a public link without review.

If you would like your submission removed, contact support@mattressinsider.com and we will delete it.
